This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in MessageCategory (http://ehealth.sundhed.dk/vs/message-category) and MessageCategory (http://ehealth.sundhed.dk/vs/message-category). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
